Our Services
Therapy can help you slow down, notice what’s not working, and figure out what actually is. It’s not about quick fixes but about taking steps toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
We draw from different approaches—EMDR, somatic therapy, neurodivergent-affirming practices, and evidence-based therapies like DBT and CBT—to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re processing anxiety, depression, life changes or navigating neurodivergence, therapy offers a space where your experiences are seen, heard, and honored without judgment.
Being part of a family can be really hard, even when you love each other deeply. It’s easy to fall into old patterns where no one feels heard, and things can get messy fast. Family therapy is a chance to hit the pause button and start having the kinds of conversations that bring you back together.
With years of experience in high-conflict settings, we’re comfortable and skilled at navigating even the most intense family dynamics. We’ll focus on what’s happening right now while also making space to heal old wounds. It’s not about getting it perfect, but about creating more peace, understanding, and connection at home.
We offer in-home and community-based mental health services. We understand that attending appointments at a traditional office setting can be challenging for some individuals, and we believe in meeting our clients where they are – including in the comfort of their own homes.
Our team has years of experience providing effective mental health support in community and home environments. We're committed to walking alongside our clients on their recovery journey, and this includes offering flexible and accessible
Healing from trauma is a deeply personal process, and it isn’t always linear. Some days feel lighter, while others are heavy with old memories or emotions that feel hard to explain. Therapy can offer you a space to make sense of it all and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost.
Together, we’ll focus on creating safety and self-trust. You’ll begin to process what happened, reclaim your story, and take steps toward a life that feels calmer, freer, and more grounded.
Couples therapy isn’t just for when things feel like they’re falling apart. A lot of the time, it’s about figuring out how to break out of the same arguments or just feeling more connected again. We use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples move out of those stuck places and into something that feels calmer and more secure.
Whether you’re navigating big challenges or just trying to tune back into each other, there’s room for both. Couples Therapy is not about blaming or fixing anyone, so if your partner brings it up... don't freak out. I invite you to set up a consultation to learn more and see if we are a good fit!
Sometimes you’re not looking for deep trauma work—you just need help getting stuff done. Coaching is about real-life tasks: making decisions, grocery shopping, sticking to a cleaning routine, setting goals, and figuring out what’s next. It’s less about therapy and more about practical steps that help you move forward.
We travel to you and help in vivo. Have you been meaning to clean out a closet or need help getting your kitchen back in order? Do you (or your teen) have piles of laundry and struggle to get through them?
This is the service for you. Coaching can help you tackle those things and actually make them happen.
